Hiding the Litter Box

I have been working with a young man who has purchased a condo in OTR, an historic neighborhood in Cincinnati currently undergoing a Renaissance.
His condo is a studio style and we needed a solution to hide the cat box as well as a place to sit and remove shoes when he comes home.

Enter an old trunk that was being stored in his mom's garage and has been in his family for years.

My trusty jigsaw and a few pieces of molding changed this trunk into
a piece usable for more than just storage.

To see the finished piece in place check out my Facebook page and
see how brilliantly useful this trunk is now.
While you are there go ahead and "like" me if you really do.

I will be posting more on FB and a bit less here for the next little while.
Lots going on here.
More on that soon.
I will also be in OTR myself this weekend for City Flea. Come say hi if you are in the Cincinnati area.
Beautiful day, beautiful setting, lots of fun and of course lots of junkin'!

Yours in usin' what ya got, P.

Oh my goodness, that's pretty brilliant! Our house has the perfect spot for the litter box and it's hidden. Just got lucky or I'd be copying you!!
