Living Graciously, Artfully, Frugally.

Consciously taking notice of the gifts each day places in our path.

Here's my bit of poetry today just for you Pam...

So much is going on
Her to do list is much too much
She'll be out for a while
But she still thinks of us.

We are waiting patiently
for her life to settle
Wondering if she remembered
to take the fire off the kettle.

Pam oh Pam I hope you know
we miss you dearly
If you are committed
we'll visit you yearly.

Now Sadie please listen
have a wonderful graduation day
Don't kill your Mother
so she can come back and play.

I'll end this poem
because I can't rhyme worth a shit
But Pam I hope you know
that your blog is a hit!!!!!

(hope I made you smile in the midst of all of your madness)

Did Jodie just challenge ME???
Girl, it is so on...I'm taking my earrings off as I type.

Dearest Pam,

You tried to stay away, you did.
But try as you might, we just won't stay rid.
So you sneak back to see us, afraid you'll get caught
For the laughs and the tears and to see what we've bought
Sadie is waiting, there's so much to tell
So get back to grad business, we'll be waiting as well
We're hoping for photos and wonderful posts
About parties, rehearsals, oh dresses and boasts
So here is a toast from your old friend, the Trash
Step away from the computer or I'll kick your ass!
Love always,

I am now humbled (but laughing hysterically)...

My head is down in shame of defeat...

and my tail is totally between my legs...

I am outdone (but certainly not surprised) as I knew Debbie would throw me a good punch.

When I grow up, I hope to be as beautiful & as witty as you two.

Thanks for the poetry & the laughs...and for always making my day!!!!

I totally surrender (waiving my little vintage lace white flag) as I realize I cannot hang with ya'll...only follow! ;)
